Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your booked home visit or clinic consultation completely free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. For late cancellations or no-shows, a nominal booking fee may be applied to your next visit to compensate for the blocked schedule.

2. Veterinary Services & Consultations

Payments for veterinary services (consultations, video triage, home visits, surgeries) are processed after the service is rendered. Due to the medical nature of these services, consultation fees and service charges are non-refundable once the veterinarian has performed the examination or triage.

3. Pharmacy & Pet Shop Purchases

For items purchased through our physical clinic or website shop (such as cat food, milk replacers, and accessories):

• Unopened and untampered products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
• Medications, vaccines, and prescription items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once they have left the clinic premises due to safety, hygiene, and storage temperature requirements.

4. Process for Refunds

If an eligible product return is accepted, refunds will be processed in cash or via bank transfer/EasyPaisa within 3-5 business days. Please contact our helpline at +92 311 4899904 to initiate a return request.
